About Craig Stargardt.

As a successful sales trainer for more than six years, Craig Stargardt knows how to sell to a range of audiences. By working in the different aspects of the industry in different regions of the country, he has gathered insight to become an expert in developing mid-level markets. Through Motivate Forward, he empowers others to become just as successful.

Craig started in construction and then moved into a sales position with a furniture dealership. For the past 20+ years, he has worked as a sales rep for Maharam, a leading high-end textile company.

Along with overseeing his sales territory, Craig is a sales trainer, a guest speaker for textile courses at Virginia colleges with design programs, and the teacher of a textile CEU class. Craig also chairs the Department of Interior Design Advisory Board for Radford University and sits on the Virginia Commonwealth University Interior Design  Advisory Board. In 2012, he founded “Motivate Forward, LLC,” which specializes in sales coaching, mentoring, business development, motivation, and self-branding.
